Complex. Mark checking us out there want to talk to you about training in the gym to be in the moment what you think about this when I go to the gym one of the things I try to focus on is being in the moment there's nothing that keeps me in the moment like having two hundred pounds above my head or above my chest and trying to make sure that I keep that 200 lb from falling down on my chest to falling down and crushing me so everything that I do in that moment is basically focused on keeping that way where it's supposed to be now the reason why I point that out is because training in the gym sometimes you have to really do something to focus yourself on what you're actually trained the muscle that your training whether it's cardio if your breathing or you trying to focus on form or you're trying to focus on some type of function you really have to focus on the moment in time that you're in now the reason why I point this out is because I've been thinking about this especially in the gym in the context of God you in the mission how much do you train to actually be in the moment think about it we go through our day-to-day lives and there's so much that we try to do so much that we try to accomplish it sometimes we fall into the Trap so busyness sometimes I Mission gets us but sometimes you know what you think we're too important we think we are more important what we really are so we going all these different scattered areas and go do all these different things and we never really acknowledge the importance of time this is not really about time management this is about technology and appreciating each moment that you get so if you can try to train yourself in the context of God you in the mission and think about how well you're able to be in the moment at any given time think about that fan and as you do please share your insights with us here it Minister fitness.com I would love to hear what you guys have to say because this is something that I'm really trying to work on and I'm really trying to you know get better at to become a more effective and efficient minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the glory of God is king of Grace and peace fam take care of yourself until next time

To be fit is to be of a suitable quality, standard, or type to meet the required purpose. It is not enough to say that you are fit. It is not enough to appear to be fit.

Fitness requires Faithful action.
Fitness requires Intentional action.
Fitness requires that you remain Teachable.

Are you fit?

This is a question I continue to ask myself. I never really feel like I am fit to be a minister for Christ, but I continue to trust that He is making me what He wants me to be. Nevertheless, I use this question to examine myself periodically going to God and asking Him if I am fit for His purpose

Thanks for this Post! I realized this morning, just how distracted, and focused on 'un-moment' things ( future change impending, real or imagined; other people, who are not with me now - in this moment) and not enjoying His Presence in this present time.....THEN I thought, 'hey! I wonder what Coach T has for me in the GYM .....and there God is...reminding me again to be with HIM ...problem solved....
