A fan breaks Taurus here again we are here as Minister fitness.com and just talkin to you about hitting the gym going to the gym and really just break his thing down in terms of thinking about when I go to the gym I should go to the gymnasium it's not really a gymnasium that I go to but it's the why but that's what we say we're going we're going to hit the gym and going to the gym going to lift whatever when we talked about physical training and are the Lord really got me thinking about this because the more times I was spending as far as my lifestyle change it as far as physical fitness I do go to the Y go to the gym quite often now but he started getting me thinking in terms of how much do I put into the spiritual aspect of my life and how much do I put into the mental aspect of my life as well because it's what we talk about here minutes to Fitness is really the whole the whole person the whole Minister it is not just a spiritual side because we definitely need that without a spiritual side you're not going to be affected we know that you can't do God's Ministry cannot do all the work of the Gospel Ministry without you don't have in God without having the spiritual sickness that you need we know that now the question becomes what do we do in order to become spiritually fit. X we react so it's not that we're working for salvation we're not working for our salvation but we are working because God has done something we're working because we're staying and there is a responsibility that we have so the question becomes a my spiritual spit am I spiritually fit enough to to do what God has me in at the moment and of course God will equip us but at the same time. Our responsibility is to remain fit the spiritual Fitness you got to have it the other part is that you have to have the mental Fitness and in the mental Fitness weren't as far as the Mind Body Spirit mind the body as far as the mind I want you to think about how much do you think I want you to think about also how much do you feel because remember in the brain it actually houses that the emotions are emotions we have an intellectual side we have an emotion in our minds if you will when we talked about the emotions you got me fit for the ministry that cannot focus and concentrate when I need to can I concentrate for long. Of time can I keep my emotions in check self-control you know we are blessed with the ability to control our self controlling yourself so we have asked that question am I doing am I practicing that a my exerting an effort toward that day today so that's what I want you to think about in the mind controlling myself my anger I'm talking about all of my emoji toy all those things controlling my ability to focus not be distracted by things throughout the day mine and then the body of course and just like I said earlier you talked about physical
So that's what I want you to think about in the mind controlling myself my anger I'm talking about all of my emotions controlling all those things controlling my ability to focus not be distracted by things do I add a mine and then the body of course it looks like I said earlier you talked about physical fitness we don't hit the gym you go to the gym you go lifting weights you go you go run you go do whatever you need to do for a physical fitness except the body itself the actual frame that you're in that flesh that you're in what are you doing to make sure that you eating properly getting nutrition getting arrested you need if you have any ailment are you taking care of those Elms you have any sickness that's in your family line that you know of are you taking care of you know going to get your routine check-up check ups and all those types of things physically are you doing those things those are questions that you have to ask yourself in order to examine yourself whether or not you really fit your fit for the ministry that God is called you into and again I want any of this to be cliche is it the way in a framework to think about it remember the total minister of your total Bean.
