T-Mobile prayer and I started thinking of prayer do I have the stamina as far as praying and the reason why that that thought came because it started you know really thinking about how Jesus himself how you pray in and the time that we read about where he would go away and he was afraid it was like okay he's he's purposeful of course it's a specific intent if he's going and then he takes time is detailed it's like it's oriented as far as his very intentional but it's like how long do they practice not just Christ himself but I think about no Paul and how he talks about praying you read his writings about praying and Bible points out pray without ceasing and stuff like that so you thinking about without ceasing you think about time and overtime can I can I stick with this and do I still have the same amount of strength even 30 minutes later into it and that's what got me to think about these videos turn right at the top of my head and you're trying to spend them out there for you but if it is to generate thought and discussion and also maybe it's somebody else out there who knows or who has a better grip on this who can serve as a personal trainer and help somebody like myself out so that's what we're looking forward to generate discussion on this particular Point stamina and prayer am I fit when it comes to being in the gym contact God you were the mission Prayer do I have the stamina to stick with it anyway for him like I said just just really thinking about some stuff here and hopefully it's just something to get you thinking and get you talking about it thank you for stopping again and please let us know what you have Grace and peace until next time

Remember This:

To be fit is to be of a suitable quality, standard, or type to meet the required purpose. It is not enough to say that you are fit. It is not enough to appear to be fit.

Fitness requires Faithful action.
Fitness requires Intentional action.
Fitness requires that you remain Teachable.

Are you fit?

This is a question I continue to ask myself. I never really feel like I am fit to be a minister for Christ, but I continue to trust that He is making me what He wants me to be. Nevertheless, I use this question to examine myself periodically going to God and asking Him if I am fit for His purpose
