Hey what's up Sam tourist you Minister fitness.com getting ready to head to the gym and actually getting ready to go out right now I'm in the garage getting ready to get in the car and when I thought you came to me as far as going back to what are you doing in the gym and that's one of the things that I want to kind of focus on and this particular video is to get you to think about what do you actually think about when you're in the gym now of course I'm going to the gym now and I already have in mind what it is I want a hit I want to do some some upper-body stuff I'm actually going to do a full body but it starts out with upper-body dealing with the bench press working on my chest muscles and things like that back biceps all that good stuff is hard upper body get some Ed work in and then I'm going to go to the legs and what I do for legs I do some squats but it's really after all do all three all three of those things then I go into what is a full-body kind of like a shadow boxing anything as far as taekwondo if you do Taekwondo you know I'm talking about as far as your Shadow Boxing going through your forms and is basically working out the whole body and that's more of a cardio doing it fast doing intense so the whole thing about it is that I have a plan so that was just to point out to you that already have in mind what it is and I'm going to do when I go into the gym now let's take it to the gym for you already in the gym with God you always in the gym so you remember Jim God you in the mission you're always in the gym the environments from the time that you get up in the morning all the way to you go to bed you're in the gym and even while you're sleeping you're in the gym you in that context of God you in the mission so the question is what are you doing in the gym context with got you in the mission what are you doing right now and I want you think about that what are you doing did you have a specific plan because if you don't have a specific plan you might find yourself kind of floundering around and just do whole bunch of things but nothing really effective and efficient I think about that okay and get back with you Grace and peace until next time
