Warm Up:

Pray:

“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.” - Matthew 6:9-13 (NIV)

Think:

"Lord, I want what You want for my life...nothing more...nothing less."

Work Out:

-- Watch the video. 

-- Write down one thing you want to accomplish today, and write down "Why" you want to do this.

-- Visualize what it will feel like if you do NOT achieve this goal. Write down what will you feel like.

-- Commit yourself to diligently doing whatever it takes to getting to the place He&lsqo;s called you to be.

-- Share your goal in the TELL US YOUR GOALS section of the Boot Camp Discussions.

Cool Down:

"Be FIT"

To be fit is to be of a suitable quality, standard, or type to meet the required purpose. It is not enough to say that you are fit. It is not enough to appear to be fit. You must BE FIT!
